Our production unit consist of 15 work stations and working around the clock according to our client needs. our specialty is our customer service we provide for our clients. Our clients are from TX and CA.
Our production unit is sub divided into:
Work station: Consist of 20 people working around the clock according to client needs. All our MT,s are certified and have a minimum experience of 2 years with a very good knowledge of Transcription.
Quality Assurance team: Consists of our Proof readers who work with our MT's in increasing the quality of our files.
Screening Team: Final screening is done by this team which is supervised by our Management.
Dispatch team: Our systems are connected to Cable modem 24 hours to speed up our production
